hotel recommendations

I%26#39;m looking for a hotel in the middle of the old city that is a walking distance from the main attractiosn. I phantsise an old building with rennovated rooms that has a special atmosphire to it. Something that looks old but is modernly equipped. Does antone know of a hotel that fits that description?
