Please recommend a Prague hotel

We would like a hotel within walking distance, 2 kilometers, of the Hlavni Train Station and old town. We do not require fancy, just clean and safe. Also what is the best public way to travel to Cesky Krumlov and where do we go to catch this service?

THANK YOU

Hello! We with a family have a rest in Prague already throughout 3 years. And for this year already 2 times chose hotel Light Hotel. http://prague-hotel.cc/ Friends have advised to us also we about this choice have not regretted! Very cosy numbers and excellent service that is very important! In same hotels rented the car for 5 days, there are all services for convenience of rest! Next year we will go to Prague and with the great pleasure we take this hotel again.

Personal favourite is Aparthotel City5. Always stay here when in Prague, and have reviewed it twice as have many others. Click on the link on the left and have a read.

Minihotel is so far you`ll need a day trip to visit Prague ! I don`t doubt you ,it may be excellent but the location is awful!

Unless you have a car don`t go there.

I stayed in the Hotel Pav on my last trip (May this year) and intend staying there next year, good low to mid range price and a part of the Best Western Franchise. On the Edge of the Old town and an easy few minutes on the metro the Hlavni which is walkable in about 20 minutes.

se my review and other here.
