Prague and Budapest

Hello,

We will be going to Prague and Budapest, 2.5 day each, have a lot of questions since this will be our first time going there:

1. How%26#39;s the weather in early October, what kinda of clothing shall we prepare?

2. What are the must-see attractions for each cities?

3. We will be staying at Prague Centre Plaza Hotel in Prage, and the Sofitel Budapest (Atrium) in Budapest, how%26#39;s the hotel, location, any comments?

4. Are there any city pass that covers all/some of attractions with unlimited transportation?

5. Do people speak English there well, would communication be a problem?

6. Any good recommendation on restaurants, and their local dishes?
