spa in prague itself

Hiya

I got very good tips for my earlier post for a suitable hotel in Prague for my Honeymoon, encouraged by the response I am seeking some more info:-

I would like to gift a spa treatment to my wife and would like if you people could advise something suitable.

I guess she would like a traditional czech experience and not an asian or thai or auyervedic spa. (we come from India ourselves)

We are staying at the iron gate hotel which is in parague old town.

please suggest suitable options.

and yes we are going to be there in the last week of November%26#39;09 - its gonna be cold outside.

There is no actual %26quot;mineral water spas%26quot; in Prague, so what is said as being a spa is really a wellness centre and most are staffed by Asians.

What I understand from your post is that there are no mineral water spas in Prague itself; could you please guide me to the nearest one.. may be close to the brewery town of plezen?

Which healing waters are you after :)) - I think the nearest mineral spas would be Karlovy Vary - but not entirely sure.

Poděbrady is quite close by www.lazne-podebrady.cz/en/historie.php… - it is quite a pleasant town as well.
