I would recommend Cowboys in Nerudova Street.

Not only good steaks, also a big terrace with great view over Prague.

I would recommend Ambiente Brasiliero near the Old Town Square. Not a traditional steak restaurant but great food and you get to try lots of different types of steak as well as other meats.

Czech beef is not very good. So I go for restaurants that import --

El Bario de Angel and La Casa Argentina (I%26#39;ve had service issues with the latter).
