I have spent the last few weeks preparing for our trip to the golden city :)
I have:
A %26quot;safe%26quot; handbag with flap-close mechanism
Photocopies and scans of our passports (and the original passports of course!)
Danish/European Health Insurance Card
The number for AAA Taxi
Timetable so we can catch the right train back and forth from Rez
Emergency numbers and adresses in Prague
Names of good restaurants/bars
A positive expectation for our trip :))))

If you are Denmark citizen, you even don%26#39;t need to bring your passport. But you can still use it instead of ID card, while checking in at airport, of hotel...
|||
credit/debit cards!
|||
I think you have to have some kind of official ID, not necessarily a passport.
|||
Danish do not have ID cards do they? Only passports and driving licences which carry a photo.
|||
We got Koruna in our bank - 20,000 of them should be enough to cover us for six days :)
We have agreed on not bringing any credit cards as my husband don´t want to. So be it :)
We bring our passports with us as ID.
|||
I think 20K for 6 days will be plenty!
|||
Hehe... yeah, but as we will not be bringing any cards we thought that we´d better bring enough money IF something should happen... You never know... And the hotel at which we will be staying is located 11 km. from Prague - I think we will need a taxi ride %26quot;home%26quot; one evening ;)))
|||
Probably yes for the taxi, the last train leaves Prague at 22.37 :))
|||
22.37 - very good to know, thanks! :)
The thing that scares me the most is that I might get lost in the city - I can lose myself in a phone booth :D
I went to Prague in the tenth grade and that went just about perfect!! I´m really, really looking forward to this trip - I´m sure that it will be great!!! :)

You%26#39;ll have a map, and can%26#39;t really get lost, the town centre is quite small.
