well as nobody else has answered, the atmosphere has to be right and sometime in the evening on the charles bridge might be good if not many people around .snow is good ,sleet and wind not so good.
or the rooftop of u prince hotel looking out over the square again with not too many people about.there are probably better places but those sprang too mind .you can then get married in the great hall at krivoklat castle like we did ,fairytale stuff...

Hi there!
I%26#39;m also off to prague with my boyfriend right at the very start of December and a proposal is in the offing for then from him too! (I know I probably shouldn%26#39;t know about that, but we%26#39;re also visiting a wedding planner, so I think it%26#39;s given the game away!)
Prague was the first place we visited together and where we really fell in love (both with each other and with the city!) When you get there you%26#39;ll find that you see romantic views and perfect places everywhere!
Charles Bridge is beautiful, but as noted, quite busy with tourists and (I understand) has some construction work at the moment. Try visiting in the evening or even at midnight! We found the views from Charles Bridge, with the castle and all the buildings lit up at night to be stunning. If you visit the castle, there are some places on the way back down with great views of the city. Petrin Park and the Funicular railway also have lots of potential (and relative privacy in winter!)
My last bit of advice is to check out RomanticPrague.com - they can arrange proposal sites, romantic settings etc. I%26#39;m not sure whether all that is needed (or even worth the money), but you may get some good ideas!
Best of luck with your proposal, you have picked the most romantic place on earth and no woman could ever refuse! Buy a guide book and don%26#39;t forget to pet the dog on Charles Bridge to secure your future happiness!
