Can anyone recommend a company in Prague that can make an American style care package and deliver it to my parents - just had emergency surgery and want to make them feel loved!

http://www.expats.cz/
might be worth your while looking at this expat site, should get more info there than on a travel forum, though there are quite a few American expats that do come on this forum.
there is also a forum there you can ask questioins on.

Sorry to have to ask but who has had the surgery you or your parents? And what is a care package?I have not heard of it before.

No - that surely can%26#39;t be it. That refers to the Berlin airlift and the cold war period!
I%26#39;m still intrigued ...

I think its a very strange post and am wondering if it is for real, especialy as the OP has not come back...

Our Continental hamper is a gift of pure gastronomic delight. A food hamper of the highest quality, this tempting collection of sweet and savoury tastes will more than satisfy any food connoisseur. Including Stuffed Vine Leaves, Herbs of Provence White Wine Vinegar, Handmade Sunflower Seed Biscuits, a an award winning Pesto, Belgian Chocolates, Italian Dipping Crackers and much more. A terrific food gift for any occasion.
I was hoping OP means this type of a food parcel, but then again :)
A wonderful new topic - I am going to Prague for 3 days, should I bring my own food?

Perhaps a package filled with Czech specialities to send to the USA to keep them going
Tlačenka, jitrnice, utopenec, olomoucké sýrečky, kofola and some proper beer!
I don%26#39;t mean to be flippant, but this is all I can think this means.
