which is the best hotel in prague

hi all,

my boyfriend and i where in prague in october last year and we are returning for halloween this year. last year we stayed in the K%26amp;K fenix. we found it to be a lovely hotel, but if we wanted an early night we were disturbed by the noise coming from the street until about 5am. I did read the reviews before we went and we decided to chance it. now this year on our return we dont know where to stay. but again there is just so much choice and decision making is not my strongest point. we really like the k%26amp;k for location, but we do not want to stay there we do not want to stay directly on wencelecas square, but just a short distance like the K%26amp;k , we have been looking at the hotel Elite or Raffaello or Christie the does anyone have any ideas or suggestion? please help....???!!!!

is the golden tulip terminus well located, it lookslovely, but i would be worried it would not be within walkin distance.

hi,

i always stay here when in prague,in fact im back on the 16h of october.

www.pragueexpreshotel.cz/index.php…

friendly staff, clean and cheap at about 60euro a night for a double room and breakfast, couple mins walk to the old town,5 mins up to wenceslas square.15 mins walk to charles bridge.tesco is just around the corner as well

now the only warning i always give is that there is a sex shop across the road, but this should not put you off as it is a gem for location and price.

they will also arrange taxi to and back from airport.

hope this helps

Hi Irishcookie

We stayed in the esplanade hotel for Paddys weekend last year. Double room + brekkie was €110 per night. a 2 minute walk from the top of Wenceslas Square and the nearest metro. Very quiet location but within walking distance to the sights. 2 mins to the top of the Square, 10 to the old town.
