You should take your cashpoint/ATN/Bankomat card - to take money out if necessary but let your bank know that you are going to CZ, so they don%26#39;t block it...

The rate of exchange is miserable now anyway; sounds about right if I compare it to Can %26amp; USD, you%26#39;ll get replies from the UK which may be more accurate.

Bars %26amp; interesting places around your hotel:

Closeby 2 classy restaurants/bars

http://www.tavernatoscana.cz/index_en.html (italian)

www.umodrekachnicky.cz (Cz - game)

You may want to eat somewhere else; here are some websites, use google translate if necessary.

My 2 favorites: http://www.upinkasu.cz/

%26amp; Potrefena Husa

Others: (Incl. cafes)

FX CAFE Belehradska 120, Prague 2. A popular brunch, and deservedly so. Fat, flavorful spinach omelets, eggs Florentine, French toast, muesli with yogurt, coffee with refills, and bagels with cream cheese: Sat %26amp; Sun 10:30 AM-3 PM.

JAMES JOYCE Liliova 10, Prague 1. Bacon, sausages, and pudding imported directly from Ireland for the ail-inclusive price of 220 Kc. Mon-Sat 11 :30 AM-9 PM, Sun 11 :30 AM-6 PM.

JO%26#39;S BAR Malostranske nam. 7, Prague 1. Breakfast burritos, huevos rancheros, French toast, and Bloody Marys. Sun 11 :30 AM-3:30 PM.

You probably would have got a better exchange rate from Prague%26#39;s cash points but since you already have the money - job%26#39;s done, and £300 worth of Czech currency should be enough for 2 people unless you are extravagant!

Since many of the UK banks call centres are situated in India, I wonder what kind of response you%26#39;d get when informing them about your trip to Czech Republic :)

www.ambi.cz/ambi_brasiliero_kontakt.php - nearby and if you stick with Czech wines, should not be that expensive.

If you like seafood and Belgian beer this one is OK http://www.lesmoules.cz/en/
