We are on our first visit to Prague to stay at the hotel Jalta is there a bus or train at the airport we can use to transfer where should we get off. Are there licenced taxis and what would the fare be.
Are Euros widely accepted in the shops ,bars etc?

A lot of people think that all countries in Europe now accept the Euro. Many will, but if it isn%26#39;t their national currency the exchange rate will be very poor .
The official currency of the Czech Republic is the Czech Crown (%26quot;koruna%26quot;), abbreviated as %26quot;Kc%26quot; just as the official currency of the UK is the Pound.
All you need to know about airport transfers is in the top questions above on the right hand side.

there are only licensed taxis on airport, others are not allowed. (you can call them if you want)
there are two companies at airport (I dont write about shuttles etc)
airport cars - silver VW cars, fixed rates (jalta should be for 560CZK) if you will use them on way back, you will get 20% discount
AAA radio taxi - yellow cars, meter rate, fare will be around 500CZK depends on traffic jams etc. so for this destination, it almost doesn%26#39;t matter which company you will use.
