I think that a best way to get to airport is to use some travel agency and not TAXI!!!We payed nearly 300 us dolars when we came from airport to Karlovy Vary but when we was with one local travel agency on tour we found out that they offer same transfer for only like 120 dolars.I can send you contact if you wish.

There is a direct bus www.studentagency.cz/express/vnitro/?%26en - it costs 110 Crowns (about 6 dollars) and is very comfortable with free refreshments, newspapers, etc.

Choose Praha Ruzyně Terminál 1 as your destination

Sorry - I saw that was in response to a very old post, but if anyone else is thinking of doing the same - get a taxi or private car by all means if your pockets are very deep!

I%26#39;m going to Karlovy Vary and Cesky Krumlov in two weeks, I checked the Student Agnecy URL you%26#39;ve attached but can%26#39;t find the fare from Praha to Cesky Krumlov. Do you know where I can find the bus fare? Thanks a lot!

You have to fiddle with the above website a bit, i.e. trying to actually book a ticket. The price that I found was for next week and the cost was 110KC.

Give it a go.
