1. prague-airport-shuttle.com is absolutely fine and very reliable.
2.Jury%26#39;s hotel is right on Florenc metro, so nowhere is very far, it would take about 20 minutes to walk to the Old Town Square, plenty of eateries in the vicinity. I like stopping at Municipal house for afternoon drinks, coffee, cakes etc.

3. terracotta info www.onculture.eu/story.aspx?s_id=850%26z_id=5
4. prague-entertainment.com/brewery-tour.html - I only know about Staropramen brewery visits, not sure whether it is worth it, it personally does not interest me.
5. Money is best getting from cash points, there are 3 in the arrival hall at the Ruzyne airport, and many in town.
6. Public transport is excellent, you can purchase unlimited travel day ticket for 100 Kc, or individual tickets for either 18Kc or 26Kc. From your location you may find that the day ticket will not provide the best value

brewery tours
Somebody recommended: www.praguetourservice.com/index.php… for brewery tour.
5 days is a short time, otherwise I would suggest: Moravia...Cerna Hora
http://www.pivovarcernahora.cz/
Or Nova Paka
I am not sure if they still do their tour of the area +They export beer in bottles with Broucek (Little Beetle) Label pronounced Brew Czech) %26amp; sell it here...

Open a flexaccount with Nationwide, with a debit card, you can then use it to withdraw money from any ATM in Europe, with absolutely zero charges (providing the particular machine does not charge a fee), and the best exchange rate you can get anywhere, they do this as an incentive to join them.

Oh and do not buy anything from Ruzyne Airport alcohol, tobacco, etc you can buy anything much cheaper, in some cases half the price in Prague its self.
