Thanks. Possibly important news:

All long-distance trains (newly including the Berlin - Dresden - Prague - Brno - Wien / Budapest line) will stop at Prague main station.

No direct train Prague - Wroclaw more (but faster connection despite one change once a day).

No daily train to/from Salzburg (only the %26quot;something between the night and the daily train%26quot; remains), involves newly a change in Linz.

No daily train to/from Kraków more.

One direct train Prague - Brno - Wien - Villach per day.

The daily train Prague - Beograd remains.

Faster trains Prague - Kutna Hora (less than 1 hour) every second hour, additional connections with 1 change (at least once per hour) about 1:05, more direct trains on workdays.

One quite suitable connection from Prague to Telc (only one change, altough still not very fast).

It%26#39;s a sort of %26#39;swings and roundabouts%26#39; - the loss of the daily trains from Salzburg and Krakow is a definite minus, but express trains stopping at Hlavní nádraží is a step in the right direction (Holešovice is an abomination and is/was a terrible gateway to Prague).

The direct train to Villach is an interesting one - it brings northern Italy/Slovenia a bit closer, I suppose, but not much more.
