Prague Castle State Rooms

I am off to Prague next Friday. Looking at the website of Prague castle it says the State Rooms are open to the public the first Saturday after October 28th but doesn%26#39;t give any further info.

I%26#39;m assuming that means they will be open next Saturday - but does anyone know for sure? I take it you don%26#39;t need to buy a ticket in advance or anything but I%26#39;m assuming the castle will be extremely busy that day due to the access to the State Rooms?

Rooms used by the Office of the President of the Czech Republic are open two days a year. The first Saturday after May 8 and the first Saturday after October 28 as a rule.

this is what it says so should be open on 31st October only
