Prague in July with a 5 year old

Hi,

We will be going to Prague in July 2010 for 2-3 nights as a part of a 15 day trip to Europe with our 5 year old.

As Prague is one of the highlights of our trip, I would like your tips on good hotels and restaurants and, if anyone knows, special events for children, such as puppet shows, storytelling...

Last July (2009) there was a Kids%26#39; Street Festival; no news about this event for 2010 that I can find...perhaps somebody may have 2010 schedule.
